Arboretum de la Sédelle, Crozant, Creuse

Description:

Initially, an agricultural valley re-claimed around 30 years ago and turned into a botanical garden. It is the co-operation of an impassioned couple, Philippe and Nell Wanty, which makes of it a botanical environment open to the public.

Spring flowerings of Camellias, Magniolias, Cherry trees, Rhododendrons followed by the Rose trees, Stewartias and Hydrangeas embellish the park until the autumn where the blazing colors of maples, liquidambars, dogwoods and others ignite the valley.

Individual Visites:
Open 1 May to 30 June, and 1 Sept to 31 October(Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 14h00 to 18h00.

Group visits (minimum of 10 people) - Open from 1 May to 31 octobre by appointment only.

Tariffs:
Individual: 5€ (free for U12s).
Group visits: 6€ (with guide and minimum of 10 people)
