Norfolkline competition Terms and Conditions

Description:

• Valid for a standard car only (up to 2.4m high and 5m long), with up to 4 people (including driver), travelling on the Dover-Dunkirk route.
• The closing date for entry is Monday 15 June 2009.
• Winners will be notified within two weeks from the closing date
• The tickets will be for travel between now and 18th December excluding 17/7/09 - 6/9/09.
• Bookings are subject to promotional space availability. Not available for bookings on UK or Continental Public and Bank Holidays.  
• This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Norfolkline offer.
• Only the named winner can book and they must travel on the trip
• No purchase necessary.  Entries are only accepted by submitting your details via www.guide2limousin.com
• Only one person per household may apply. Norfolkline will only accept one entry per person.
• Open to people aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Norfolkline, www.guide2limousin.com, and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of Norfolkline and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition.
• The prize does not include travel insurance.
• The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding.
• Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries that the promoter does not receive.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
• If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
• No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part.
