Le Musée des Armes de Tulle, Corrèze

Created in 1979, the Le Musée des Armes of Tulle offers a panorama of the history of French and foreign arms manufacture, with a priority granted to the industrial inheritance of Tulle manufacturers.

To date, the museum of the Weapons preserves two quite specific collections: one with 376 weapons of the museum of the Army (Paris) put in deposit by convention in 1999, and one covering firearms manufactured in Tulle, made up of hundreds of firearms, knives and more.

Open all year, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 at 18:00 and all the first weekends of each month from 14:00 to 18:00.  Closed on January 1, Sundays and Easter Monday, on May 1, Ascension, on August 15 and on December 25.

Free entry.

Visits with accompanying notes on request, various temporary exhibitions, animations, information center, educational service, shop.
