Limousin will boast four Michelin starred restaurants in the recently released 2010 guide.

Both the Chateau de Lacan in Brive (Correze), and the Chateau de Castel-Novel in Varetz (Correze) will join the Moulin de la Gorce in La Roche-l'Abeille and the Amphitryon in Limoges (both Haute Vienne) each carrying one Michelin star.

There was disappointment however, as La Chappelle-Saint-Martin in Saint Martin du Fault (Haute Vienne) lost its one star rating.
